TERMS & CONDITIONS + DISCLAIMER

Terraveris Group operates as a commercial brand under which independent property due diligence and analytical reporting services are offered. By accessing, purchasing, or using any services provided under the Terraveris Group brand, the client expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Terraveris Group provides property due diligence reports based on the analysis of publicly available and third-party data sources, including but not limited to land registries, cadastral records, satellite imagery, urban planning documentation, and information supplied by the client. The service is strictly limited to the provision of informational and analytical insights intended to assist property buyers in their evaluation and decision-making processes. Under no circumstances shall Terraveris Group be deemed to act as a real estate broker, legal advisor, architect, surveyor, or any other regulated professional, and no such relationship is created or implied.

All reports, analyses, findings, and communications provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional advice of any kind. The client acknowledges that any reliance on such information is undertaken at their sole discretion and risk, and agrees to obtain independent advice from qualified professionals prior to entering into any transaction or making any binding commitment relating to a property.

The preparation of reports relies on data obtained from third-party sources and publicly accessible records, which may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or subject to change without notice. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the consistency and reliability of the analysis, no representation or warranty, whether express or implied, is made as to the accuracy, completeness, or correctness of the information provided. The client expressly acknowledges the inherent limitations of such data and accepts that discrepancies, omissions, or errors may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Terraveris Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or reliance upon, any report or service provided. This includes, without limitation, financial losses, transactional decisions, opportunity costs, legal disputes, regulatory issues, or defects associated with any property. In jurisdictions where liability cannot be excluded, such liability shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for the relevant report.

No guarantees or assurances are provided regarding the legal status, compliance, or condition of any property, nor the identification of all potential risks, irregularities, or defects. Furthermore, no representation is made with respect to property valuation, future resale potential, regulatory approvals, licensing outcomes, or planning permissions. The client acknowledges that the report constitutes a non-exhaustive risk indication tool and not a definitive or legally binding assessment.

The client is solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and sufficient information necessary to identify and analyze the property. Where insufficient, incorrect, or ambiguous information is provided, including but not limited to unclear location data or incomplete listing details, the resulting analysis may be limited, inconclusive, or partially inaccurate, and no liability shall arise in this respect.

Due to the bespoke and analytical nature of the services provided, all payments shall be considered final and non-refundable once the analysis process has commenced. In cases where the property cannot be reliably identified based on the information provided, Terraveris Group may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund or provide the opportunity to resubmit additional information, without any obligation to do so.

Any stated delivery timelines, including but not limited to estimated turnaround periods of 24 to 72 hours, are indicative only and shall not constitute a binding commitment. Delays may occur due to data availability, property complexity, or factors beyond reasonable control, and no liability shall arise from such delays.

All intellectual property rights in and to the reports, analyses, methodologies, and associated materials shall remain exclusively vested in Terraveris Group. The client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the report solely for personal decision-making purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, publication, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Terraveris Group undertakes to treat all client information as confidential and shall not disclose such information to third parties except where necessary to perform the service or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
